		<description>I laughed at the part where the guy didn't make money within the first month; I can completely see your point of view, but the newbs are necessary since their might be a lot of turnover, but attracting the veterans is a good move as long as you get some fresh blood to even it out. People do think the internet = easy money...if they only knew ;)</description>
