HP Blog Printing is Cool

I’ve mentioned in the past how I like to print out blog posts I like and read them ~~on the john~~ away from my computer desk, so I thought I would do my part and make my blog more “printable” without wasted paper and misaligned layouts.

I installed the HP Blog Printing plug in, and you can find the print button at the bottom of the column to the right. It’s a cool little deal that lets you create a easy to print PDF of current and previous posts for printing. There are pre-made plugins available for MovableType, Blogger, and Wordpress as well as a developer tool kit to make your own custom solution.

It works great, so check it out and maybe think about installing it on your blog too- some people don’t like to stare at a screen more than they have to, and giving your users an easy-to-use, high quality print option is easy as 1,2,3.
