After working with a customer for about a week on an annoying PayDotCom issue we finally got it resolved. He sent me a nice email that really made my week-

anytime I can…

Being a small company we can’t afford thousands of dollars worth of advertising, so it feels good when we make a customer happy when they come to us with problems. After all, word-of-mouth advertising is the best kind, and aside from talking to your customers and working out their issues you don’t even spend a penny on it.
