Effective March 31st eBay has banned the sale of digital downloads using auction or fixed price formats. New digital download listings must use the Classified Ads format, which means….
Standard PayPal (or PayDotCom, or ClickBank, or 2CheckOut) Secure Delivery buttons will work for eBay auction listings without us having to change anything. You just paste your generated buy now button in the ebay classified ad body text area and you are good to go.
Normally when a processor or method changes something its a headache for us as we have to modify our service to meet their new requirements- this is the first time a change actually worked to our advantage and we got something for nothing :)
The Secure Delivery Knowledgebase has been updated to reflect this change.
